Artemas | Amenity Courtyards
Verdant designed two structured courtyards, along with a series of at-grade amenities, to support vibrant residential living at this apartment building in Everett’s Distillery District.
The larger courtyard is organized into four distinct yet connected zones: a lively pool deck, a shaded pergola lounge, a communal BBQ and dining area, and an outdoor pub—creating a dynamic mix of spaces for relaxation, socializing, and everyday enjoyment.
The second, more intimate courtyard introduces flexible, forward-thinking amenities, including a repurposed shipping container transformed into a conference room and multiple cyber-ready outdoor workstations that support remote work and collaboration. A small lawn area anchors the space, doubling as a casual gathering spot and an outdoor movie night destination.
Together, these courtyards extend living beyond the walls of the building—offering residents a curated mix of recreation, connection, and flexible outdoor experiences tailored to modern urban life.
