The primary outdoor amenity area is envisioned in the central open space between the two residential buildings. Due to the presence of a gas line easement, development within this area will be limited to surface-level features such as flexible lawn areas, patios, and movable furnishings. Larger-scale elements requiring deep footings—such as pools, structures, or tall light poles—will generally be avoided within the easement area.

The project team will continue to collaborate with the client and design team to refine the outdoor amenity program. Potential program elements under consideration include dog walk or dog park areas, children’s play spaces, outdoor dining and lounge patios, BBQ and fire pit areas, a pool, community gardens, pergolas, fitness or exercise stations, bocce or pickleball courts, pedestrian paths and trail connections, and improved neighborhood pedestrian connections..
