Daggett-Crandall-Newcomb

Designing for Wellness, Independence, and Community; the Rogerson community is envisioned as a cohesive, walkable campus that accommodates a wide range of living options while maintaining a strong sense of place. The landscape framework is designed to encourage movement, orientation, and engagement—supporting residents across independent living, supported living, and memory care settings.

Key elements of the project include:

  • A multi-story main building housing independent living, supported living, and memory care neighborhoods, with shared common and community spaces.

  • Independent living cottages organized into clustered neighborhoods that reduce visual impact, enhance social interaction, and preserve natural features.

  • A community and senior center that acts as a social and programmatic hub, connected to outdoor gathering spaces and walking paths.
