This project brings affordable housing and retail development to the Four Corners neighborhood of Dorchester. The development re-establishes the urban fabric by filling in vacant land and creating buildings on two street fronts. A mixed use midrise building facing Bowdoin Street houses 32 units on three residential levels above 9000 SF of ground floor retail and a basement garage. Three townhouses provide 3-bedroom family units facing Bowdoin Avenue.

In addition to resolving ADA access issues, Verdant designed a small play area and picnic area in a rear courtyard garden for the residents.
